"There are no words to thank you for all you did during the process of selling and buying our new house. You were not just a realtor, but a friend, therapist and confidante during a very stressful time. We cannot thank you enough for being 100% there for us - even when times got tough. You are truly the best at what you do. We send you a million thanks and all the best in the future. You are a wonderful person and will always be so appreciative for all you have done."
The Spitzers, Home Sellers

"My Experiences with them were Outstanding. I was Impressed with their Responsiveness and Professionalism. Their Knowledge of the Local Areas is Outstanding. Not once did I feel Pressured or Hurried. They were Always Available, Always Checking In, and just Overall Kind."

Butler, NJ
(Morris County)
Originally called West
Bloomingdale, this small municipality underwent a name
change in 1901 as a result of famous entrepreneur Richard
Butler investing in the American Hard Rubber Company in the
late 1800's. In 1996, the High Point Wheat Beer Company (HPB)
opened their brewery in this historic mill. Located at the
intersection of Main Street and Boonton Avenue, the huge red
brick building is the center of Butler, and at the turn of
the century, it employed many German immigrants. Making only
traditional German style wheat beers, HPB is the first and
only exclusive wheat beer brewery in America. Commercial
activity in Butler is concentrated along NJ 23 and Main
Street.
Today Butler offers a perfect balance between the natural
beauty and quality of life of northern New Jersey and the
allure of Manhattan. Butler's downtown setting is nestled against the
forested hills of Morris County. A Street-level shopping and
village ambience create the sense of an intimate community
here.
